Saturday, January 21st - Private Party

Friday, March 9th - The 8700 Club at Carriage Greens Golf Course, Darien.  This is a friendly club with great site lines and acoustics.  We will have the trio of Jay, Bruce and Bobby S. taking the stage from 8 - 12.  Watch for details.

Saturday, April 14th - The Party in Parrot-dise, The Doubletree Hotel in Downers Grove.  This is the big Chicago Parrothead Club fundraiser and we are combining with the Pirates Over 40 for a huge dual show!  More details to come.

Past Dates

Saturday, December 17 - Village Wine Cellar, Hinsdale. Jay and Bobby returned to this really neat wine bar. They have great prices on wine and beer and you can bring your own food!  The place was packed.  We'll be back this Spring!

Friday, December 16th - Carriage Greens Golf Course - The 8700 Bar - the trusty trio of Jay, Bobby and Bruce opened up a new venue for the band. Good crowd and a good night!  This place is great and a reasonably priced spot for dinner and entertainment.

Friday, November 18th - Countryside Saloon, Des Plaines. Jay and Bobby opened a new room at this great venue.  They enjoyed Bubba's good time tunes. Great roadhouse bar and right here in the middle of Chicagoland.

Saturday, October 29th - Zest Cafe/Lemon Tree Grocer, Downers Grove, IL Jay's was out solo at this great little cafe/grocery store. The place was packed and had a wait for the first time.  Thanks for coming out!!!

Saturday, October 22nd - We had a six piece version of the band at Mickey Finn's in Libertyville for a big parrothead birthday party.
A great time was had by all and the host is bringing us out to his backyard next summer for a big island party!

Saturday, October 15th - Hemingway's Port of Call & South of Disorder Bar, Lake Geneva. The whole band plus a long list of guests celebrated Octoberfest up at Steve's place in Lake Geneva. It was an amazing night.  Players from SOD, Pirates Over 40, Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band, The David Marshall Band and more all jammed the night away.  At one point there were 23 musicians on stage!  Don't miss these Fish Stix Freddy outings next year!

Saturday, October 8th - The Village Wine Cellar, Hinsdale. Jay and Bobby (from PO40) were at this neat little wine shop and bar in Hinsdale. Wine and beer are available and they serve hor'deurves. They don't have a food menu but, believe it or not, you can bring your own. There is a great sub shop around the corner. We packed the place!  Great night.

Friday, September 23rd - Dock's Bar in Wauconda. CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER The Docks folks have decided to cancel our patio performance due to the weather forecast that called for temps in the 60's. We'll be back out there next season!

Saturday, September 24th - A wedding at Hemingways! Yes, a wedding! These folks are devoted to Bubba and all things Margaritavillish! The wedding was in the afternoon and Jay and Tyler (pan player from the Beach Bums) entertained at the reception and then they opened up Hemingways to the great unwashed to celebrate with them for a great cause. A big combined show of South Of Disorder and Pirates Over 40 got going around 7:30PM.  It was a memorable evening for all.

Friday, September 16th - J. Flemings Absolutely Delicious, Westmont, IL. A really neat restaurant in the middle of Westmont. Jay and Bruce Waters played to a very friendly crowd from 7PM - 10PM.

Friday, September 9th - Jack Desmond's Irish Pub, Chicago Ridge, IL We had a trio of Jay, Vac and Tyler (The Beach Bums) out at this Friday night party at this south suburban Irish pub. Buffett and Guiness...it couldn't get any better!

Sunday, August 28th - Volo Auto Museum, Volo. Always a  fun afternoon in Volo at this unique classic car and antique "mall"

Saturday, August 27th - Lindy's Landing, Wauconda. Our seven piece ensemble was out for this great night. Lindy's Landing is a terrific spot on the shore of beautiful Bangs Lake. It was their the big island party.  We rocked the boat!

Friday, August 26th - Tilted Kilt, Elgin We were out on the patio as a trio. It was a lot of fun.

Sunday, August 14th - The hard hitting trio of Jay and Bruce and Bobby (from Pirates Over 40) had a great time on the deck of this excellent bar/restaurant.  It is really nice.  Right on the water, beach for kids to swim in, great food, reasonably priced drinks.  Don't miss it next season.  We are going to be back there on Saturday night, August 27th from 7 - 11PM

Friday, August 12th - Our seven piece version did a nice date at a nice CC in Milwaukee.  Eric Peterson from the David Marshall Band sat in on guitar.  Boy is he good!

Tuesday, August 2nd - A private party for a nice tennis/swim club was shortened by rain.  Good first set and we gave them a "credit" for a couple more hours at their convenience.

Saturday, July 30th - A private affair in Wisconsin.  We rocked a bunch of CC swells.  Good night.

Saturday, July 23rd.  The Tap House Grill, Oswego.  Jay and Bobby played at this nifty pub.  A bit of a late start, but a good gig.

Saturday, July 23rd - Jimmy was in town at Toyota Stadium AND Jay was out solo at the Chicago Parrotheads tailgate party. It's always fun in the sun!

Saturday, July 16th - Private Party at Bongo Bobs swanky country club in Michiana was great. 

Sunday, July 17th - Lindy's Landing, Wauconda. The trio was on the (very warm) deck from 2 - 6PM. Beautiful spot on Bangs Lake. 

FRIDAY, JULY 15th - Flatlanders Brewery, Lincolnshire - CANCELLED Watch for a date in the future

Sunday, July 10th - Oglesby Fest, Oglesby, IL The six-piece Disorderlies  headed west to play a fun festival.

Saturday, July 9th - Tilted Kilt Roselle. A (not so) big Buffett/Island party and we were there with our four piece band.   Quite a place!

Saturday, July 9th - Private Party We had the duo headed north of the border for a "yacht club" nooner. Somebody had to do it!

Saturday, July 2nd - Private Party A great group of parrotheads (small "p") had us back for the third time!! Must be doing something right.  It was a great night!

Friday, July 1st - Tilted Kilt Patio, Elgin, IL The trio Jay, Bruce and Bobby plus the drumming stylings of "Herbie IV" return to the sunny patio of the Tilted Kilt from 5:00 to 8:00PM. Always fun and the "scenery" is pretty interesting to some. Click here for more info.

Sunday, June 26th - Volo Auto Museum, Volo. A fun afternoon in Volo at this unique classic car and antique "mall"  We played from11:30 - 3:30PM. We had a power packed four piece line-up on the Betty Boob Restaurant stage. This is a very interesting place.

Saturday, June 25th - Navy Pier Beer Garden, Chicago.  Wow!!  What a setting.  The seven-piece Disorderlies lineup took the venerated Beer Garden stage from 6:00PM - 8:30PM.  Right on the big lake they call Gitche Gumee!  It was a blast - we wanna' go back!

Friday, June 24th - Hemingway's Port of Call & South of Disorder Bar, Lake Geneva. The whole band was there with an all Jimmyband  line-up including Pirates Over 40 and Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band plus Frank Whiting on the patio !!!!  It was a rockin' night.  Jimmy's opening act Ilo Ferrieria was there too!

Tuesday, June 21st - We had the duo of Jay and Bobby out at the Weber Grill in Schaumburg on the patio from 6 - 9PM  Things were going well until 80 mile per hour winds kicked up!!  They made us stop 15 minutes early!  We were going to tie ourselves to a couple columns and keep going.  We had a lot of fun and a nice steak dinner.

Sunday, June 19th - Docks, Wauconda, IL Our intrepid duo of Jay and Bobby were on the deck from 2PM - 6PM. Then they asked us to stay until 8PM.  It's a great setting overlooking the lake. Good menu and generous libations.

Saturday, June 18th - Gage Marine, Williams Bay, Wi. Jay played solo on the deck of the Louise, the last remaining steam powered boat on Lake Geneva.  The docked the big ship right on the shores of beautiful Lake Geneva from 1:30PM to 4:30PM. A new venue for the timeless music of Jimmy and the Beach. They are building a new restaurant which will open next year.

Friday, June 17th - Gruben's Uptown Tap, Plainfield. Jay's went out solo at the oldest bar in Plainfield. Gina Glocksen was on the main stage inside!  This is a great spot with a nice outdoor patio.

Sunday, June 12th - Lindy's Landing, Wauconda.  What a great setting on Bangs Lake.  Just beautiful.  Sunny, but a little cool.  Oh, the trio of Bruce, Jimmy Nelson and Jay were also very cool!

Saturday, June 11th - Hemingway's Port of Call & South of Disorder Bar, Lake Geneva. It was the big fourth anniversary party. I t was a lot a good music, good food and drinks.

Saturday, May 28th - Hemingway's Port of Call & South of Disorder Bar, Lake Geneva. The whole band was there plus a long list of guests from our musical friends in Pirates Over 40, The Beach Bum Band and the David Marshall band all celebrating Memorial Day Weekend up at Steve's place in Lake Geneva. Steve call's it the Freddy Fishstix Reunion. (If you know, you know!)  It was fun, heck, It's Always Fun!!

Friday, May 27th - Flemings "Absolutely Delicious", Westmont. The duo of Jay and Bobby took the stage at this comfy dinner house with a great patio/beergarden. The place was packed with our Hinsdale fans. Had a great night.

Friday, May 6th - Heroes West Joliet.  Our four-piece group rocked the place.  Nice sports bar!

Saturday, April 16th - 3 Vines Cafe, Sleepy Hollow (W. Dundee). Jay took his solo act (with electronic assistance from a slick rhythm machine and vocal harmony "box") back to this excellent wine bar and grille. Great menu and unbelievable selection of wine. The fun started around 8:30PM

Saturday, April 16th - Party in Parrot-Dise Happy Hour, Hickory Ridge Hotel, Lisle. The Parrotheads lost their planned entertainment late in the game and Jay is filled and played "solo" from 3PM - 6PM. It' always fun to play for "card carrying" Parrotheads!

Friday, April 15th - Private Party. Jay and Bruce were invited back to perform at boffo Frat party at Purdue. We went last year and they loved us. They loved us this year too.  We think they think we're "cute".   Talkin' about next year!

Thursday, April 7th - Private Party.  A true parrothead put in 38 hard years of work and wanted The Disorderlies for his farewell.  Worked out great.

Saturday, April 2nd - Private Party in South Bend. The Disorderlies headed to the land of the Golden Dome!

Saturday, March 26th - Jambalaya Bar @ Pheasant Run, St. Charles. We're took a four-piece group of Disorderlies back out to this great "gig". It was a really phun bar/restaurant in the Pheasant Run Resort. Great food and drink with a Cajun feel.

Friday, March 25th - Prairie State Winery, Genoa. The intrepid Disorderly Trio of Jay, Bruce and Bobby headedout to this nifty winery/restaurant for one of their famous "Wine Downs". What a great time!  The place was rockin'.  A bunch of Parrotheads ( capital P) were there.  

Saturday, March 12th - Hemingway's Port of Call & South of Disorder Bar, Lake Geneva. Almost the whole band with guest stars from Pirates Over 40 celebrated the early spring and MARDI GRAS up at Steve's place in Lake Geneva.  

Saturday, January 8th - 3 Vines Cafe, Sleepy Hollow (W. Dundee).  Jay took his solo act to this tony little wine bar and grill.  Warm friendly place with great wines and food.  Jay plays with a drum machine and harmonizer - pretty big sound.  He's adding knee cymbals next time!
