Suburban Chicago-based tributes dedicated to the music of Jimmy Buffett, good times, and the search for the perfect margarita!   Did you know that you now have two great bands that address your appetite for a great Jimmy Buffett "Tiki Bar/Island Party" experience. The full 11-piece South of Disorder band is available as is the smaller 6/7-piece Disorderlies. (We can even send out an "acoustic" trio - talk to us.)  Whatever kind of event you are planning or whatever your budget, our bands deliver on a terrific Parrothead experience. 

In 2004 South of Disorder burst into the Chicagoland Parrothead kingdom with our own Jimmy Buffett tribute show.  Not a show that includes some Buffett songs, but a show completely dedicated to the music and performance style of Bubba himself.  Founded and led by the larger than life Caribe Steve, South of Disorder would love to play for your "island" event and bring the full eleven-piece "tribute" that sports a full Coral Reefer-like horn section.  You'll think you're at a Buffett concert.  South of Disorder comes complete with all the bells and whistles, all the wild antics and explosive fun you expect.  For tighter quarters we can send out our smaller (six/seven-piece) grouping we call "The Disorderlies".  (We also can send out our "trio" for even tighter quarters.) It all depends on the venue and to some degree the budget.   Whatever the case, both bands put on an energetic and colorful show featuring all your Jimmy favorites (plus some we know he likes) with a School Boy Heart and a Caribbean soul burning out of control!!


South of Disorder and it's smaller sibling, The Disorderlies have played throughout the Chicago area and nearby environs and we are "preferred bands" to the midwest Parrothead clubs.  We love putting together exciting events and parties, making the event a true Buffett experience.  The U.S.S. South of Disorder sails to various ports around the Midwest, entertaining crowds of all ages-- sometimes even celebrities show up.  The love of Buffett is truly a primal force of nature.

Four out of five doctors agree: South of Disorder and/or The Disorderlies  will cure what ails you (you might want to add some tequila).   And, if they don't, you'll care a whole lot less.  OK, maybe they weren't doctors, but they all said they've played doctor.
